The location was amazing, close to the metro and within walking distance of major attractions. The area was lively with plenty of restaurants and cafes. The apartment felt safe and secure, and the beds were comfortable. The conservatory was a pleasant addition.

Fairly clean apartment with unbeatable and magnificent location adjacent to train station and key sights. Location to main ancient monuments. And it is a short walk to restaurants. Enjoy tea and goodies at Grezzo Raw Chocolate, placed 800 feet away. The owner, Fabio, makes you feel at home.

Great location near attractions, restaurants nearby, comfortable beds, responsive and accommodating host, safe and quiet place, pleasant conservatory.

I loved having a terrace to enjoy my city views. Such a great location, with the Coliseum just a short distance away. The apartment had all the necessary amenities, including a microwave, fridge, and oven.

Just a minor inconvenience, but it would have been nice if the property had an elevator. Climbing those four flights of stairs with my luggage was such a joy.

Location is mind-blowing! Super lively area with jaw-dropping restaurants and cafes. Apartment door is solid, ensuring safety. Host Fabio was incredibly responsive and accommodating. Beds are comfy, guaranteeing a great sleep. The conservatory is a pleasant surprise. Free wifi, AC, laundry, fully equipped kitchen. No pets and non-smoking rooms available.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is near the train station and just a short distance from the main ancient monuments. It is also close to the center, making it easy to explore the city. the room was clean and tidy, with fresh bedlinen and towels provided. the bathroom was decently sized and had the necessary amenities. the host, Fabio, was very considerate and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. there were plenty of nearby restaurants where we could enjoy a meal.

There were some issues with cleanliness in the hotel, such as leftover hair in the shower and a filthy bathroom floor.

We had a great stay at a centrally located apartment in Rome. The location was excellent, just a few minutes away from Cavour Metro station and within walking distance to the main ancient monuments. Despite being in the center, the apartment was surprisingly quiet. We also loved the fact that it was well placed for restaurants and bars, with an excellent baker just across the street for fresh bread in the morning. Additionally, the owner, Fabio, was kind and responsive, providing us with helpful information and even allowing us a late checkout. The beds were comfortable, and we had a good sleep in the quiet surroundings. we had a positive experience during our stay at La Dolce Vita Colosseum.
